Instructions to enter to the Virtual Meeting Room:

The purpose of this Virtual Meeting Room is to facilitate the exchange of information among experts, contact points, and COMCYT delegates involved in the development of each of the five components of this project. Please follow the instructions to have access to the Virtual Room:

Step 1.

•  Enter the IACD web site (http://www.iacd.oas.org) go to  "Members Only."

• The following link will take you there directly:

Step 2.

• Sign in with you Username (the OST is taking the username used in the email account, Ex. gsmith@mail.org) It was sent to you by email.

• Password : abcd

• They must be entered in lower case and can be modified later.

Step 3. Under “My Rooms,” click on "Project in Hemispheric Cooperation in the Development of Science and Technology Policy" to enter.

Step 4. Once in the Virtual Meeting Room you will find all the information of the Project in Hemispheric Cooperation and the following features:

- Discussion forums for each component where different issues can be discussed and documents can be uploaded and downloaded

- Chat: Real time discussions
