Instructions to enter to the Virtual Meeting Room:

The purpose of this restricted Virtual Meeting Room is to facilitate the exchange of information among experts, contact points, and delegates involved in the development of each of the OS&T projects. Please follow the instructions to have access to the Virtual Room:

Step 1.

•  Enter the IACD web site (http://www.iacd.oas.org) go to  "Members Only."

• The following link will take you there directly:

Step 2.

• Sign in with you Username (the OST is taking the username used in your email account, Ex. gsmith@mail.org) It was sent to you by email.

• Password : abcd

• They must be entered in lower case and can be modified later.

Step 3. Under “My Rooms,” click on the Project where you are registered for. For example: "Gender in Science and Technology"

Step 4. Once in the Virtual Meeting Room you will find all the information of the Projects and the following features:

- Discussion forums for each component where different issues can be discussed and documents can be uploaded and downloaded

- Chat: Real time discussions
